Kit Conyers photographs collection [graphic], circa 1955-1959.

The Kit Conyers photographs collection consists of 38 black-and -white photographic prints and four printed items documenting Conyers' involvement with the Freemasons in Portland, Oregon; Conyers was a Potentate of Portland's Al Kader Masonic Temple during the 1950s. The majority of the images in the collection show Conyers at official Masonic functions in Portland and Olympia, Washington, including the Potentates Ball, a parade, and meetings. Printed materials also document the Masonic Lodge; they include correspondence, a program, and a newsletter. Photographic studios represented in the collection include the Gladys Gilbert Studio, Photo-Arts Commercial Studio, Cotesworth Studio, and Kennell-Ellis Studio. The collection is unprocessed.
